PDF2HTML provides a web-based service that converts PDF documents to clean, semantic HTML format. Our service is designed to help content creators, developers, and businesses easily convert PDF content for web use.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use our service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date account information

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Upload copyrighted content without proper authorization
  • Upload malicious files or content that could harm our systems
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our service
  • Use the service for any illegal activities
  • Share your account access with unauthorized parties

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan

Our free plan includes up to 2 PDF conversions per month. This plan is suitable for occasional users and testing our service.

Pro Plan

Our Pro plan costs £4 per month and includes unlimited PDF conversions, priority processing, and premium support. Billing occurs monthly and subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

5. Billing and Refunds

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We do not provide refunds for partial months
  • Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe

6. File Processing and Ownership

You retain all rights to your original PDF files and the resulting HTML content. We process your files solely to provide the conversion service. Original files are not permanently stored on our servers.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access to the service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
